Maths number senteces


We have been learning to write a story to match a given number sentence.

1.  49 + 6 =
My brother came with one bag of forty nine sticks then I found six sticks. How many sticks are in the bag?  

2. 67 - 19 =
Last night there were sixty seven people who came in the party  and ninety people got outside. How many people are left at the party?

3. 146 - 68 =
My mum gave me 146 lollies, then I shared with my brother and my sister,I gave them sixty eight. How many lollies I got?

4. 230 + 145 =
My friend gave 230 pencil and he gave 145 ruber. How many things are together?

5. 4 x 5 =
 My friend made 4 group of 5 and I made 4 group of 5 too. How many group are there?

6. 18 / 6 =
I had 18 lollies then I shared with 6 student. How many lollies each student have?
